• 1½ oz Non Alcoholic Gordon's Gin
• ¾ oz of Handcrafted Tonic
• 2 dash of All the Bitter - Orange Bitter
• Fresh rosemary
• Sparkling water

PREPARATION

1. Fill a mixing glass or directly a serving glass (like a highball or goblet) with ice. Pour in the Non-Alcoholic Gordon's Gin, Handcrafted Tonic, and add the 2 dashes of All the Bitter - Orange Bitter.
2. Gently stir the mixture. Briefly clap or bruise a fresh rosemary sprig between your palms to release its aromatics, then add it to the glass. Top generously with sparkling water.
3. Stir once more to combine. Serve immediately.
