Passionstar Martini
Entertaining is about sharing and celebrating beautiful moments together, and this delicious Passionstar martini mocktail is perfect for the occasion.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Lyre's Dry London Spirit
- 1 oz fresh passionfruit pulp
- 1/2 oz lime Juice
- 2 oz Lyre's Sparkling Wine, on the side
- 1 tsp vanilla
PREPARATION
Step 1 : Shake hard briefly and strain.
Step 2 : Pour in a coktail coupette glass
Step 3 : Serve the sparkling wine in a shot glass on the side.
Step 4 : Garnish with a passionfruit shell.
