Strawberry Mock-Cake
This non-alcoholic treat offers a harmonious blend of fruity sweetness and velvety texture, delivering a delightful and refreshing experience for your palate.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Statera - Distilled Botanica - Gin
- 2 oz strawberry puree
- 1 egg white (or magic foamer)
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup Graham cracker crumbs for rimming
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
PREPARATION
Step 1 : Rim a glass with graham cracker crumbs.
Step 2 : In a shaker, mix Statera non-alcoholic gin, strawberry puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Step 3 : Add ice cubes to the shaker.
Step 4 : Shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients.
Step 5 : Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Step 6 : Allow it to rest for a few moments to let the foam separate.
Step 7 : Fill the glass with the remaining mixture from the shaker.
Step 8 : Garnish with fresh strawberries.
