Shipping Information

Winter Shipping Policy

From December to March, we only ship orders when temperatures are above 0°C to avoid frozen or broken items. Please expect some delays during these months. We are doing our best to monitor temperatures and ship your orders as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your understanding as we navigate the cold weather conditions accross the country.

Québec & Ontario: Orders will be shipped every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Cut-off time for Wednesday's shipments is Tuesday @12pm. For order placed after 12pm, orders will most probably be shipped the following week.*

Rest of Canada: Orders will be shipped every Monday. Cut-off time for Monday's shipments is Sunday@12pm. For order placed after 12pm, orders will most probably be shipped the following week.*

*Due to a myriad of factors, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date and will always do our best to fullfill and ship your orders as soon as possible. 

Shipping to Canada

  • Ontario & Québec : Free shipping on orders over $99 (after discounts & before taxes) or $14.99 shipping fees for orders under $99
  • Rest of Canada: Free shipping on orders over $149 (after discounts & before taxes) or $19.99 shipping fees for orders under $149.
*The Territories of Canada are not included. 

Shipping to USA

  • USA*: Shipping fees based on weight and distance.

Processing Time

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order before shipping, followed by delivery lead times based on the destination.

Delivery lead times 

  • Ontario & Québec - 1-3 Business Days 
  • Rest of Canada: 5-10 Business Days 
  • USA: 3-10 Business day

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Quebec, Canada

Wrong Shipping Address

Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. In instances where a package is returned to sender with the reason of incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping costs. If the customer prefers to cancel the order, they will be eligible for a refund on only their items minus a 15% restocking fee.
