The winemaking process begins with hand-selected grapes from Friuli and Abruzzo. From these expressive Italian varietals, the producers create rare wine blends, each expressing these two unique and contrasting terroirs of Northern and Central Italy. The wine is then dealcoholized via a proprietary, low intervention reverse osmosis filtration process to achieve 0.0% abv with fine bubbles. Mixed with Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer.
