A meticulous, multi-step process is used to create Sober Spirits Whiskey. This begins with an initial distillation and aging of the spirit in barrels for 3 years. Following this, the ethanol is extracted and used in the French perfume industry in Grasse. The extraction process results in Sober Spirits having a guaranteed alcohol-free taste of 0.0% ABV. At the 1875 distillery, the master distiller employs expert techniques, like 'bourbonising' the spirit and adding infusions from roasted oak bark, to impart toffee notes and depth to the final product. Through these efforts, a cocktail experience with zero alcohol content is achieved, highlighting the complexity of flavors and aromas.
