Ingredients

For the Daiquiri:

1 fresh mango, peeled and cubed

2 tbsp sugar

A squeeze of fresh lime juice

For the Coconut Topping:

1 tsp coconut cream

2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

1 tsp sugar

Preparation

01

Blend: Add the fresh mango, sugar, fresh lime juice, and 6 oz of Lyre's White Cane Spirit to a blender. Blend until smooth.

02

Whip: In a separate bowl, whisk the coconut cream, heavy whipping cream, sugar, and 1 tbsp of Lyre's White Cane Spirit together until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

03

Pour & Top: Pour the blended daiquiri into a glass. Spoon the coconut topping over the surface and garnish with fresh mango slices.

Preparation advice

Use a ripe mango for the best natural sweetness. The riper the mango, the less sugar you will need in the base. If your mango is on the firmer side, add an extra half tablespoon of sugar to balance the flavour.

When whipping the coconut topping, make sure your coconut cream is well chilled. Cold cream whips faster and holds its shape much better when spooned over the daiquiri.

NON-ALCOHOLIC EXPERT

The secret to a great Mango Coconut Daiquiri is texture. You want the mango base silky smooth and the coconut topping light and airy. That contrast between the two layers is what makes every sip feel like a mini vacation.
