FAQs
It is a collection of non-alcoholic wines, mostly from French and German domaines, covering reds, whites and roses. Many carry the low-sugar wine tag.
You will find Merlot, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Dornfelder, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling, plus red and rose blends.
Chill whites and roses well, and serve reds slightly cool. They pair with the same foods as regular wine, from roast chicken and pasta to cheese and charcuterie.
For a red, try L'Arjolle Équinoxe Zéro Cabernet Merlot. For white, Domaine Matthias Anton Free Pinot Gris or Domaine Daniel Mattern Blanc No Limit Riesling are good starting points.
Pair them like regular wine. Whites such as Pinot Gris and Riesling suit fish, poultry and salads, rosé works with light appetizers, and reds go with roasts, pasta and cheese.
