Non-Alcoholic Bloody Caesar
An incredible bloody that is tastier and bolder than its alcoholic counterpart! Whether you are watching the Super Bowl or lounging in slippers on a Sunday afternoon, your non-alcoholic aperitif just won the game. This one hits different, and once you try it, there is no going back.
Ingredients
1 ½ oz (45 ml) of NOA Garden Gin
½ oz (15 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail Bloody Mix
½ oz (15 ml) of dill pickle juice
¼ oz (8 ml) of honey
4 oz (120 ml) of clamato
Celery salt (rim)
Thyme, celery and cherry tomatoes (for garnish)
Preparation
Rim: Run a lime wedge around the outer edge of a tall glass. Dip the wet rim into celery salt.
Mix: Add all ingredients and stir well to incorporate the honey.
Ice: Fill the glass with ice.
Stir: Stir with a spoon until your fingers get cold.
Garnish: Garnish with a sprig of thyme, a celery stalk and small cherry tomatoes.
Preparation advice
The secret to a great Caesar is stirring until your fingers are cold on the glass. This ensures the drink is properly diluted and chilled. Do not skip the pickle juice - it adds the umami depth that sets this recipe apart from a standard bloody.
