INGREDIENTS - HOMEMADE CLEMENTINE PUREE

• 2 cups of peeled clementines
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1/2 cup of water
• 2 oz. lemon juice or the juice of 1 lemon
• 3 teaspoons of nutmeg

PREPARATION

Step 1 : Simmer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

Step 2 : Let cool in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS - MOCKTAIL

• 2 oz. of HP Juniper - Floral - Gin
• 3 oz. of clementine puree
• 1 oz. of lemon juice
• 1 oz. basil & thyme syrup
• 2-3 dashes of orange or lemon bitters

PREPARATION

Step 1 : Add all ingredients into a shaker

Step 2 : Stir until a chill sets into your fingers.
