Easy to make 5 min Non-Alcoholic
FEB 13 2026BY UPSIDE DRINKS

The Virgin Moscow Mule is a non-alcoholic version of the classic Moscow Mule, made with amazing ginger syrup and non-alcoholic vodka.

Ingredients

1 oz (30 ml) of Non-Alcoholic Dhos Vodka

3 oz (90 ml) of sparkling water

Mint & lime (for garnish)

Ice

Preparation

01

Build the Base: In a copper mug or highball glass, combine 1 oz (30 ml) of Non-Alcoholic Dhos Vodka and oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail Ginger Syrup. Stir gently to integrate the flavors.

02

Add Ice and Bubbles: Fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes, then top with 3 oz (90 ml) of sparkling water. Stir briefly to chill the drink through without losing the carbonation.

03

Garnish and Enjoy: Add a generous squeeze of fresh lime and a sprig of fresh mint. Give the mint a quick slap between your hands before adding it to release the aromatic oils.

Preparation advice

Even though a classic Mule doesn't always have mint, adding a slapped sprig on top transforms the aromatic experience. As you lean in to sip, the cool mint hits your nose right before the spicy ginger hits your tongue.

Store your copper mugs in the freezer. Copper conducts cold instantly; a frosted mug creates a "thermal seal" that keeps the crushed ice from melting too quickly.

Your sparkling water must be ice-cold. The colder the water, the more CO2 it can hold. If the water is even slightly warm, it will go flat the moment it hits the ginger syrup.

NON-ALCOHOLIC EXPERT

To truly mimic that classic 'spirit-forward' finish, use a highly carbonated mineral water and a mountain of crushed ice. The extra carbonation provides the 'burn' youd usually get from alcohol, while the crushed ice keeps the copper mug frosted and the botanicals crisp from the first sip to the last.
