This non-alcoholic rum is the result of over 3 years of research. After experimenting with ginger, green molasses, and roasted pineapple bark to create a more "funky" Jamaican style, our team settled on the balance of this spiced version, which focuses more on the essence of sugar cane and the warmth of a summer beach, brought out by cinnamon, allspice, and cardamom.
Well-balanced, the illusion is complete when paired with cola or mixed into cocktails. Sipped neat (ideally in nature), the warmth of its spices mimics that of alcohol.
