Aromatic Signature: Chardonnay, Quince, Apple confit, Grapefruit
Tasting Notes: A fresh bouquet of pink grapefruit peel warms the nose, followed by graves and butter aromas common in a Chardonnay. On the patate, the bubble is lively and offers notes of quince and apple confit, with a slightly tannic finish.
