The Mucha Tie Guan Yin Tea Bubbles are born from the metamorphosis of this "Tie Guan Yin" cooked oolong tea, otherwise known as the Iron Goddess of Mercy. Masterfully sculpted by Lao, this creation unveils a nectar with a delicate and slightly oily robe. On the nose, an intense bouquet of raw cocoa blends with subtle hints of tangerine. On the palate, a refreshing citrus attack skillfully combines with distinct roasted notes, giving way to a slight astringency reminiscent of red grape peel.
