Monsieur Cocktail Orange Syrup is a combination of extensive orange maceration and fresh juice. This gives it the perfect length and bitterness to replace the white sugar in your bourbon or cognac-based classics such as the Old Fashioned.

Tasting Notes: The natural orange peel oil coats the palate, followed by a bitterness reminiscent of orange marmalade. It all ends in a long, fresh acidic finish.

How to Serve:

• White, white and IPA beers
• white, red and pink sangria
• Perfect with sparkling wine
• In iced teas (green, oolong, sencha, black), with cola, sparkling water, iced coffee, in lemonade and to enhance a kombucha
• In the kitchen to make coulis on chocolate ice cream, yogurt, fruit salad and pancakes as well as vinaigrettes for ceviche, tartare and beet salad.
