WAW is the cocktail mix line from Patrice Plante, the award-winning Quebec bartender who also created Monsieur Cocktail and NOA.
Each mix is made with fresh juices so a great drink takes only two ingredients and the same recipe every time: 1 1/2 oz (45 mL) of base for 2 oz (60 mL) of mix. Pair it with a NOA spirit for a full alcohol-free cocktail, or with your usual spirit.

It is a two ingredient recipe with the same ratio every time: 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) of base for 2 oz (60 ml) of mix. For a mocktail, use a non-alcoholic spirit or sparkling water as the base.
Yes. The mixes are made to be used with or without alcohol. The Hot Toddy mix, for example, can be used for a warming drink or an alcohol-free lemonade.
