A Moscow Mule is traditionally vodka, ginger beer and lime. The alcohol-free versions keep the ginger and lime and leave out the vodka.

Zesty lime with a spicy ginger kick and a lively fizz. Some here, like the Ginger Mule and London Mule, have their own twists on the formula.

Pour it over ice, ideally in a copper mug or a tall glass, and add a lime wedge. It is already mixed, so there is nothing else to do.

It has a gingery bite from ginger beer, but it is not hot. Fin Soda, Sir James 101 and Little Saints all make a Ginger Mule.
