A Negroni is a bitter, herbal cocktail traditionally made with gin, a red bitter and sweet vermouth. The versions here are alcohol-free, either ready to drink or as a spirit you pour over ice.

Pour it over a big ice cube in a short glass and garnish with an orange slice. A Negroni is stirred and not fizzy, so serve it without soda.
